Assist Branch Manager in leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed sales goals, member satisfaction targets, and operational excellence. Effectively manage a portion of the daily operations of the branch while ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures. Create Team stability by leading an engaged, well-coached team. Assume responsibility for the branch in the absence of the branch manager. This position requires someone who is very positive and outgoing with good communication skills. An understanding of scoring models, score enhancement, and effective sales strategies. This entails outlining benefits of products such as credit life, credit disability, mechanical breakdown protection, and GAP insurance. The ability to connect with the members and sincerely enjoys helping others. A creative self-starter, goal oriented, results driven, and enjoys competition.
