Requirements

Leadership and supervisory experience
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Experience in banking, lending, or financial services
Proven ability to meet goals and drive results
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of banking products and services
NMLS registration (or ability to obtain/maintain)

Nice To Haves

Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff
Support training, performance management, and career development
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment
Serve as the face of the branch, delivering outstanding service
Resolve complex customer issues and provide financial solutions
Build and deepen customer relationships
Identify referral opportunities across banking, mortgage, and financial services
Participate in community outreach and networking
Oversee daily branch operations in the absence of the Manager
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
Monitor cash handling, security, and audit readiness
Partner with leadership to meet branch performance goals
Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement
