About The Position
Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking to fill a full-time, 40 hours per week, Assistant Branch Manager position at our Pittsfield, Maine Branch. This role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting with special banking needs, leading staff to achieve first-class service standards, and helping the branch meet its goals. The majority of the time will be spent servicing customers at the teller line and managing the vault within established limits. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, positive team environment. Requirements
- Associate degree in a business-related field and/or three years of previous banking experience
- Customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Windows
