Responsibilities

  • Work directly with branch and regional leadership to operate, grow, and strengthen the office.
  • Manage daily branch operations including dispatch, staffing, client support, and workforce management.
  • Ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and responsive.
  • Assist with problem-solving and day-to-day branch challenges.
  • Step into leadership responsibilities when needed.
  • Support branch sales initiatives and customer growth efforts.
  • Build relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Participate in client visits, networking opportunities, and business development activities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
  • Learn the fundamentals of sales, account management, and branch growth.
  • Support and coach team members.
  • Help maintain accountability and performance expectations.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Lead by example through professionalism, urgency, and service excellence.
  • Recruit, onboard, and place employees into job opportunities.
  • Help ensure workers are prepared, reliable, and successful on assignment.
  • Support recruiting events, community outreach, and workforce development efforts.
