As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will establish and develop relationships with our business community contacts and look for opportunities to promote Vancity products and services with members and non-members. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills; outstanding interpersonal skills and fosters a "Team Player" spirit. You will be deeply committed to creating value in our communities and, through member service and advice, be able to develop business internally and externally in measurable results. Through your leadership, non-management staff will deliver an excellent member experience and relevant financial services to members and communities consistent with branch objectives. This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at our Fraser Street Community Branch (Branch 07) and reports directly to the Branch Manager.
