The Assistant Branch Manager provides support, assistance, and leadership to the Branch Manager across all aspects of branch operations. The primary goal is to ensure superior service for all internal and external members. This role involves assisting with the development, modification, and implementation of daily branch operation procedures, ensuring that members' financial service needs are met promptly, accurately, and courteously. Additionally, the Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for the maintenance and security of the branch facility and its contents when the Branch Manager is absent.
