About The Position

Fidelity is seeking a Branch Leader to manage a team of sales and service associates, preparing them to lead their own branch. This role involves collaborating with senior management to distinguish the branch from competitors, building a strong sales team, and developing service associates who drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. The Branch Leader will implement national initiatives to foster business growth through customer engagement, local marketing, educational seminars, and client appreciation events. Responsibilities also include coordinating branch operations, ensuring compliance, resolving customer concerns, and motivating associates to achieve success. This is a developmental role lasting 12-24 months, designed to train individuals in all aspects of branch management, including hiring, leading a compliant office, market growth, and associate mentoring, ultimately developing talent within the investor center network and supporting the assigned VP, Branch Leader. The role may involve working at multiple branches during the program.

Requirements

  • At least five years in a financial sales role.
  • Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 are required.
  • Must acquire the Series 9/10 upon hire.
  • Background in relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of financial services.
  • Impressive time-management skills and ability to complete multiple priorities.
  • Natural ability to influence and develop the sales skills of others.
  • Validated grasp of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, empowering business integrity and a strong work ethic with a high level of integrity.

Nice To Haves

  • Three or more years of management within a financial services environment is preferred.
