Assistant Branch Manager
About The Position
Regional Finance is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support its omnichannel consumer lending business and provide personal service to customers in a branch and by phone. The role combines loan sales, customer relationship management, lending decisions, early-stage delinquency resolution, team coaching, and operational compliance. The position offers structured training and development, with a path to Branch Manager for top performers. The role is on-site. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; occasional Saturdays and late evenings may be required based on business needs. Total compensation for top performers can reach $72,640 per year, including bonuses. Base pay is $19.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $1,200 per month through the bonus program.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
- Ability to handle cash payments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.

Responsibilities
- Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets through proactive customer outreach and follow-up.
- Build customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle and recommend tailored financial solutions.
- Assist with training and coaching new team members.
- Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to make informed lending decisions.
- Manage consumer loan accounts that are 1–30 days past due using outbound calls, texts, and emails; work with borrowers on payment arrangements, extensions, or other approved solutions.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
- Educate customers about loan terms and optional products so they understand their options.
- Multitask and adapt to changing role demands while providing timely and efficient service.
