This role supports the Branch Manager in team development to achieve or exceed sales goals through leadership, analysis, loan application maximization, customer service, and effective account collection. The position also assists the Manager in daily branch administration and preparing operational reports, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws. This vacancy travels within District 502.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or 2 years of university studies.
  • Basic knowledge in supervision.
  • Knowledge of financial products.
  • Ability to work with the public, oriented towards service and goal achievement.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and make decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Branch Manager in team development to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Assist the Manager in the daily administration of the branch.
  • Prepare situation and statistical reports on operations.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Prepare and deliver daily branch results.
  • Control sensitive information such as personal identifications, social security, and contracts.
  • Maintain control of the vault, checks, keys, passbooks, and documents.
  • Disburse loans.
  • Manage control of absenteeism, lateness, schedules, and payroll.
  • Conduct random tests.
  • Manage the first collection of new employees.
  • Digitize case files.
  • Archive documents, checks, and contracts.
  • Make calls for approved applications.
  • Open and close the branch.
