About The Position
This position is for an Assistant Boys Basketball Coach at Severance High School. The coach will report to the Athletic Director and is part of the Activities job family. The pay range is Athletic Tier 1 ($3,853 - $4,572) for the 26/27 SY. Requirements
- Experience in basketball coaching or playing at a competitive level.
- Understanding of basketball strategies and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively with student-athletes, staff, and parents.
- Knowledge of and adherence to district non-discrimination policies.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as an assistant coach at the high school level.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coaching and development of the boys' basketball team.
- Support the Athletic Director in all activities related to the basketball program.
- Adhere to district policies and procedures regarding athletics and employment.
