Responsibilities
- Partner with the Boutique Manager to coach Beauty Hosts, foster a culture of excellence, and celebrate team achievements.
- Create memorable spa-inspired moments through Hand Massages and Beauty Consultations, offering personalized advice and building lasting relationships.
- Assist in tracking KPIs, supporting sales goals, and contributing to boutique profitability through proactive engagement.
- Facilitate training sessions, in store coaching to enhance product knowledge, service excellence, and team confidence
- Support inventory management, compliance, scheduling, and boutique presentation with precision and care.
- Ensure the visual merchandising is impeccably executed and as per standards.
