About The Position
The Assistant Beverage Manager oversees the day-to-day activities of multiple beverage outlets and directly supervises all corresponding personnel. This responsibility encompasses profitability, employee relations and customer relations. The Vanderpump Hotel is the Strip’s first and only, stand-alone boutique hotel and casino. The Vanderpump Hotel features the first-ever restaurant by celebrity chef and television personality Giada De Laurentiis and a rooftop pool, day club and nightlife venues by Drai’s, The Vanderpump Hotel redefined the Las Vegas hotel experience.
