The Essential Functions of this position are: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. This role involves reviewing and analyzing problem behavior procedures, reinforcement systems, and behavior intervention plans for students. The Assistant Behavior Analyst will provide solutions to staff, assist in writing and updating behavior plans, create and maintain student write-ups, and analyze student graphs. They will also provide initial training in basic behavior analysis principles to staff, including supervision to RBTs, and apply behavior analytic strategies to improve staff performance. Participation in staff evaluation, student program reviews, and student home programming is also expected. The role includes collecting IOA data, graphing student data, and dedicating time for system reviews, IOA collection, and crisis management. Additionally, the position requires substituting for SPED teachers when needed, complying with safety policies, remaining flexible, and maintaining professionalism.
