About The Position

The Brent Woodall Foundation for Exceptional Children is seeking a part-time BCaBA or QASP-S to join its clinical team in Irving, Texas, with a target start in November 2026. The role provides behavioral support, assessments, and supervision for a select client caseload under the direct supervision of a BCBA. The position also supports initial family intake assessments and delivers the foundation’s prepared training programs to mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs); creating curriculum is not part of the role. The clinical work serves individuals across the autism spectrum and with related developmental disabilities, with emphasis on children with Level 3 Autism and high support needs. The role includes work on behavior intervention plans addressing aggression, self-injury, property destruction, and elopement; communication supports such as AAC, PECS, and functional communication training; and functional life skills including toileting, feeding, hygiene, and daily independence. The position has a three-tier progression structure. Associate Supervisors assist with intakes and clinical protocols, manage a small baseline caseload under close BCBA supervision, and deliver foundational training. Credentialed Supervisors take on expanded case management, independent intakes, and structured supervision after provider enrollment and in-network status. Lead Supervisors manage select caseloads with greater autonomy, lead clinic-wide training, and assist with clinical quality audits. Clinical supervision remains under a BCBA at all tiers. This is an in-clinic position at 7801 Mesquite Bend Dr, Irving, TX 75063, for 20–25 hours per week on a consistent weekly schedule. Compensation is $25.00–$32.00 per hour, with starting rate based on experience and credentialing milestones.
