About The Position
As an Assistant Installer at Maryland Re-Bath, you will be responsible for assisting the Lead Installer in managing complete bathroom remodeling projects. Your role will involve providing consistently high levels of job quality, maintaining a strong sense of customer service, and learning and implementing the Re-Bath Franchise system, tools, training, and resources.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate people and organizational skills
- Ready to learn and implement Re-Bath franchise system tools, products, training, and resources
- Willing to incorporate proven installation and remodeling systems
- Value careful attention to detail
- Must be able to safely maneuver large items weighing over 75 pounds
- Valid driver’s license
- Background check required
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- 18 years of age or older
