About The Position
The Odessa R-VII School District is currently seeking a qualified Assistant Baseball Coach for the 2026-27 school year. The Assistant Coach role is to assist the head coach in the planning, development, organization, and implementation of the athletic program for the assigned sport; support student-athletes in achieving their athletic and educational goals; and promote a positive, safe, and sportsmanlike environment consistent with district policies and school expectations.
