The Assistant Bartender role involves greeting and welcoming guests professionally, ensuring the bar is adequately stocked with necessary supplies for service, and replenishing items such as ice coolers, garnish trays, straws, and napkin holders. This position is also responsible for maintaining bar equipment and supplies, assisting with inventories and requisitions, and ensuring a clean and organized bar area by promptly addressing spills and other health and safety hazards. The Assistant Bartender is expected to anticipate guest needs, respond appropriately with a sense of urgency, and perform all opening and closing duties as assigned. Additionally, the role requires maintaining consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, appearance, and hygiene, pursuing personal development, and obtaining position-specific licensing. A unique aspect of this role includes participating in in-house modeling programs, special casino events, banquet service functions, marketing campaigns, and advertising, performing model/presenter tasks, and posing for pictures as requested by management, appearing in uniform or designated apparel for promotional activities.
