About The Position

The Assistant Banking Center Manager will work with and through others, building and maintaining relationships. They will train and coach a successful team utilizing strong decision-making skills under the input from Banking Center leadership. The role requires operating as an effective communicator, who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. The position involves detailed work that needs to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently within established guidelines. The Assistant Banking Center Manager will be an active participant in maintaining guidelines, structure, and established policies. They will have an opportunity to meet and provide exceptional service to a diverse audience, including developing relationships with business partners and clients, and introducing clients to new products, services, and digital solutions. A strong knowledge of diverse deposit products and services is expected. Additionally, Assistant Banking Center Managers are expected to assist other departments as needed, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, while treating others with respect and consideration. All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations, bank policies, procedures, safety, and operation guideline requirements related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent; equivalent experience considered
  • Applicants must have a valid driver's license (may not be learner’s, restricted or “to and from work” license) and driving history that meets the Bank’s driver standards. This information will be verified in a Motor Vehicle Report.

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
