As an Assistant Banking Center Manager, you will have the opportunity to meet and provide exceptional service to a diverse audience. This will include responsibility for a variety of tasks including developing relationships with business partners and clients, introducing clients to new products, services and digital solutions. You will be responsible for demonstrating a strong knowledge of diverse deposit products and services. Additionally, Assistant Banking Center Managers are expected to assist other departments as needed, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, while treating others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations, bank policies, procedures, safety and operation guideline requirements related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent; equivalent experience considered
Driving may be required with this position.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license (may not be learner’s, restricted or “to and from work” license) and driving history that meets the Bank’s driver standards.
This information will be verified in a Motor Vehicle Report.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
