About The Position

As an Assistant Bakery Manager, you’ll partner with the Bakery Manager to lead a high-performing Bakery Department, supporting daily operations, driving production goals, and ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment. In this role, you’ll help oversee product quality, merchandising, and inventory while ensuring compliance with food safety and company standards. You’ll play a hands-on role in production and stocking while also guiding and supporting a team to meet sales, service, and operational expectations. As a leader, you’ll set the tone for the department by providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive team environment. Requirements

  • Experience in retail, food service, or bakery environments.
  • A hands-on approach to production, merchandising, and daily operations.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, freshness, and food safety.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
