About The Position

As the Assistant Bakery Manager, you will support the Bakery Manager in leading the Bakery Department by assisting in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and being a friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and passionate presence to create a wonderful experience for every customer. You will help drive production and budget objectives, maintain high standards of quality and efficiency, and step in to perform stocking duties as needed, demonstrating a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
