About The Position
The Assistant Director of Ticket Sales supports the planning and execution of all ticket sales initiatives for the Athletic Department. This position focuses on generating revenue through outbound sales efforts, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to a high-performing, service-oriented sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ticket sales or related field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in collegiate athletics or similar environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Paciolan or Ticketmaster.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound and inbound ticket sales efforts including season tickets, group sales, and single-game sales.
- Assist in implementing ticket sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- POC for VB
- Group/Theme day planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with fans, alumni, and community members.
- Support premium seating sales initiatives and client service efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and external teams to support promotions and campaigns.
- Assist with game day ticket operations and customer service.
