Assistant/Associate Professor of Social Work (Fixed Term) - State University Faculty
About The Position

Requirements
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Two (2) years of post-MSW practice experience.
- Evidence of teaching experience in Higher Education.
- Evidence of teaching effectiveness with students of various learning styles.
- Evidence of demonstrated ability to teach and work with persons from culturally diverse backgrounds.
- Currently possess or ability to obtain Minnesota State social work licensure by date of appointment.
- Must be able to teach online and in person.
- Please note that successful applicants must be eligible to work in the United States on or before the effective date of appointment. Eligibility includes being a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or a foreign national authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship. Employees must maintain work authorization without sponsorship for the duration of their appointment.

- Demonstrated ability to develop research agenda.
- Evidence of effective provision of both clinical and non-clinical content in the areas of individuals, families and groups.
