The University of Lynchburg, a private, regional university, is seeking applicants for a full-time tenure track position in the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program starting at the beginning of the 2026-2027 academic year. The DPT Program is part of the School of Medicine and Health Sciences and offers opportunities for interprofessional experiences. The program is housed in a dedicated Graduate Health Sciences Building with extensive facilities for physical therapy instruction, service, and research. The curriculum is designed to prepare students to become generalist practitioners and leaders in the profession, with opportunities for clinical practice in an onsite free clinic. The program received initial accreditation in 2013 and is scheduled for re-review in 2028. Salary and rank will correspond to experience and educational credentials.
