Bennett College is seeking a versatile, student-centered scholar-practitioner to serve as the inaugural Lead Faculty for its B.S.H.S. Health Informatics concentration. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of teaching excellence, applied health informatics expertise, and commitment to student success. This role requires someone who can build a new program, teach across multiple subject areas, guide students through a highly sequenced curriculum, and establish external partnerships that support practicum and career outcomes. This position is ideal for an educator who wants to shape a growing health informatics program from the ground up while mentoring students in a mission-driven, equity-focused HBCU environment. Rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The College welcomes applications from candidates prepared for appointment at the assistant or associate professor level.
