About The Position

The Freeman School of Business at Tulane University is seeking applicants for a tenure system faculty position (Assistant or Associate Professor) in Management, specifically in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management. This is a full-time appointment in the Business School’s Management area beginning July 1, 2027. Salary, teaching load, research support, and benefits are commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other major research institutions. Hiring for this position is subject to final budgetary approval by the university.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Management/Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management or a related discipline by July 1, 2027 (for Assistant Professor)
• Ph.D. in Management/Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management, or a related discipline, and must qualify for tenure at the Freeman School (for Associate Professor)
• Evidence of strong research skills
• Evidence of strong teaching skills

• Actively contribute to the research mission and research culture of the Freeman School
