About The Position

Applications are being accepted for multiple tenure-track faculty at the Assistant/Associate or full Professor level scientists working at the cellular and/or molecular level on topics relevant to cancer biology and experimental therapeutics to expand and complement the current strengths of the department.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.D. degree with impressive postdoctoral research accomplishments
• Minimum 3-4 years research experience in cancer biology at the cellular and/or molecular level on topics relevant to cancer biology and experimental therapeutics
• Three or more high quality publications
• Ability to collaborate with one or more existing faculty members in the department
• Applicants at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor are required to have significant grant funding from NIH or other national agencies
• Strong potential to compete for additional extramural funding
• Active grant support
• Excellent written, verbal and culturally appropriate communication skills.
• Appreciation for scientific research and an understanding of basic science.
