About The Position

Phillips Academy seeks an Assistant/Associate Director of Admission to begin on July 1, 2026. Reporting to the director of admission, the successful candidate will represent the Academy and assist in a variety of admission activities, including recruiting, interviewing, and selecting the incoming class. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, dynamic, and articulate team player; have strong organizational, writing, and public-speaking skills; and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Joining a highly successful admission and financial aid team, the candidate should have at least 3-5 years of admission experience and be ready to participate actively in the residential and athletic/co-curricular programs at this boarding school. Bachelor’s degree required. This is a 12-month, full-time, housed administrative faculty position.
