Oversees and directs one or more aspects of the Operations Department. This role involves processing and evaluating superintendent reports, serving as fire chief and/or On Scene incident commander, evaluating and resolving process unit problems, monitoring all process data, lab data and operations programs (Safety, PSM, etc.). The position may also involve developing a plan of operations and implementing all requirements to meet the plan, as well as resolving all operations personnel issues and performing special assignments or tasks assigned by their manager.
