We are seeking a driven and motivated Area Assistant Director of Sales to take ownership of our group, meetings, and catering segments across a portfolio of high-performing hotels. This is a hands-on, results-focused role designed for a strong seller ready to elevate their impact. You will have full accountability for driving group and catering revenue while gaining valuable exposure to broader sales disciplines, including Business Transient, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Owner Engagement. Working closely with the Area Director of Sales, you will receive direct mentorship and development to prepare you for future leadership opportunities within hotel sales.
