About The Position

We have an Assistant Apartment Manager / Data Entry position at our Management Support property with 384 apartment units. Southern Avenue Villas is located at 855 W. Southern Ave, Mesa, AZ 85210. Compensation is based on experience and anticipated performance, with a pay rate ranging from $25.00 - $27.00 per hour. We are seeking applicants confident in their management skills and personality to yield high productivity. Applicants with REIT and large property management company experience are welcome. Requirements

• Two (2) years experience assisting with property management
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• English writing skills.
• Stable work history
• Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Some college preferred
• Bilingual (any language) a plus

Responsibilities

• Proficiency with apartment management software, RealPage a plus
• Process A/P and A/R
• Payment postings/ACH processing/check scanning
• Lease application processing
• Assist with hiring/interviewing
• Move in & out inspections
• Final Account Statement (FAS)
• NSF entries and applying open credits
• Late notice and fee processing
• Rent increases/renewals
• Auditing reports
• Review accuracy of rent roll
• Preliminary accounting month end (PAME)
• Maintain computer binders
• Resident service requests
