Assistant and Associate Wrestling Coach
About The Position
Shrine Catholic High School is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Wrestling Coach AND Associate Wrestling Coach for the Winter 2026-27 season. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the game, contest rules, and MHSAA regulations. They should be experienced and proficient in teaching and developing running skills and fundamentals. Strong communication, leadership, motivational, and team-building skills are essential, as is the ability to represent Shrine Catholic High School as a model of sportsmanship and ethical conduct. The candidate should be motivated to build the Wrestling Program at Shrine Catholic Schools and support the growth of student athletes in virtue, discipleship, and living the faith.
Requirements
- MHSAA CAP Certification (or willingness to complete).
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to complete).
- Protecting God & Children certification (or willingness to complete).
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong supervisory skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience or Assistant Coaching with a progression of increased responsibilities.
