About The Position
Valparaiso Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Health Facility Administrator (HFA) to gain experience and train as an Administrator. This position is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of managing a healthcare community. The successful candidate will support various departments under the supervision of the Executive Director.
Requirements
- Must have HFA license
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, healthcare or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of previous management experience.
- Health care exposure preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gain a greater understanding of the components involved with the management of a healthcare community.
- Perform various support functions throughout the community within each department under the supervision of the Executive Director.
