The Assistant Manager role requires janitorial experience and involves directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team, coaching and training, ensuring efficiency and consistency, and assisting in cleaning duties. This position requires transportation and flexibility for driving to multiple locations.

Nice To Haves
- Some supervisory experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
- Bilingual a PLUS
Responsibilities
- Directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team
- Coaching and training

- Resolving client issues
- Maintaining accurate records
- Promoting and maintain a safe work environment
