About The Position

Join our fast-growing fulfillment company! We have an immediate opening for a customer service position -- working as an Assistant to the Account Manager. Would require the ability to manage client relations with a prompt and positive attitude! The position's hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30. Looking for an energetic, dynamic and driven individual. Must be able to multi-task and work well with companies (clients). If you have follow-through skills, like to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive on organization, this is be the perfect job for you. Must have experience with computers, typing, and be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Account management experience helpful-2 years experience and at least 3 years since H.S.
  • Account Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly, within 30 minutes, and professionally to service the needs of companies with either resolution or acknowledgement.
  • Assist with confirmation that orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Work directly with the Account Manager and various warehouse supervisors to resolve and shipping issues.
  • Must be able to communicate well on the phone and send detailed information via email.
  • Must be confident and articulate. Anticipate the need to work well under pressure.
  • Assist with Will-Call pick up
  • Assit with resolution of any shipping needs/issues.
