About The Position

We’re seeking an Assistant Account Manager who will support risk strategy, client service excellence, and operational accuracy. This role will focus on providing superior customer service by anticipating client needs and collaborating on client, producer, and account manager questions and issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in commercial lines agency experience in a highly automated, risk management focused environment
  • Knowledge of property & casualty coverage lines
  • Strong client communication skills
  • Active Property & Casualty License or Ability to obtain required licensure within 60 days of hire
  • Ongoing continuing education to maintain active status

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional day-to-day client service by proactively addressing client, producer, and account manager needs in a timely manner.
  • Support the renewal process by gathering client information, coordinating carrier requirements, preparing exposure workbooks, and assisting with renewal presentations.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, premium audits, cancellations, reinstatements, bonds, and related billing activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare certificates of insurance, ID cards, binders, and evidence of property documentation while ensuring compliance and service excellence.
  • Maintain accurate policy and client records within AMS360 and Worksmart while building strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
