About The Position

Gothic Landscape, the largest family-owned landscape company in the country, is looking for a motivated Assistant Account Executive to support its growing Tucson Construction team. This role is ideal for professionals familiar with the Tucson market who value strong relationships and delivering results for clients. The position involves owning projects, building trust with customers, and contributing to projects that improve the local community. The Assistant Account Executive will work closely with an Account Executive, gaining hands-on experience in sales support, project coordination, and client relationship management. This role is best suited for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relationship-based sales or customer service experience (construction or related industries preferred)
  • At least 2 years of project coordination or project management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and represent the company professionally
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to attend occasional client events outside normal business hours
  • Strong follow-through
  • Professionalism with clients
  • Ability to manage details while supporting projects from early conversations through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Executive in initiating bids and supporting the design and proposal process.
  • Prepare sales documents and materials to support project pursuits.
  • Deliver samples and product information to clients as needed.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking functions.
  • Help coordinate project tasks and timelines in partnership with the Account Executive.
  • Support communication between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Research clients, industry trends, and potential opportunities in the Tucson market.
  • Assist with evaluating sales trends and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Support initiatives that improve processes and client experience.
