Prevents financial loss caused by theft and fraud in assigned locations. Minimizes company losses by identifying theft and fraud incidents, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring physical security, and driving a culture of shrink elimination. Develops shrink plans and processes to achieve systematic asset protection in assigned locations. Drives sales and profitability by ensuring safe and secure working environments, including implementing and communicating asset protection programs, initiatives, and strategies. Initiates, conducts, and closes all internal and external investigations in compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensures that all asset protection activities are compliant with local and state regulations and internal policies, procedures, and guidelines. Develops and maintains relationships with local law enforcement. Ensures employees achieve shrink goals through service, awareness, and training. Manages and develops shrink and theft awareness programs and advises management of unusual activity using various reporting methods. Performs all responsibilities in achieving asset protection goals and participates in inventory planning and execution.
