Controls unexplained merchandise loss and improves profitability by setting goals and measuring adherence to policies. Conducts operational and inventory reviews, identifies improvement opportunities, and trains managers and associates on operational controls. Investigates violations of company policies and criminal activities, gathering evidence and providing testimony. Monitors safety and risk controls, supervises safety team members, and implements accident prevention strategies. Manages facility-level training for asset protection, safety, claims, and receiving procedures. Ensures proper claims processing for damaged, defective, or returned items and timely processing of merchandise deliveries. Coordinates job-related activities by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting initiatives, and promoting continuous learning. Ensures compliance with company policies, values, and ethics, supporting the Open Door Policy and ethical business practices.
