Asset Protection Coordinator
About The Position
The Asset Protection Coordinator serves as a centralized support function for Asset Protection Investigations, playing a key role in shrink reduction by supporting theft, fraud, and complex investigative efforts. This role manages a high volume of time‑sensitive requests from field Asset Protection teams, internal partners, law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, and legal partners, including CCTV and data requests, subpoenas, and other investigative support needs that require accuracy, professionalism, and strong attention to detail. The AP Coordinator applies a working knowledge of shrink reduction strategies to support case development by translating investigative needs into precise video and data pulls, analyzing exception reporting and related data, and producing clear, well‑documented evidence packages to support follow‑up and prosecution. Success in this role requires strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills, along with the ability to build effective partnerships and adapt quickly to changing priorities and emerging incidents.
Requirements
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

- Loss Prevention Investigative Training.
- Working knowledge of data analytics and concepts and tools
Responsibilities
- Fulfill video and supporting documentation based on requests from LE, AP/HDI, banks and legal.
- Support HDI on Serious Incident Responses as needed.
- Provide high quality customer service throughout the request process, validate an understanding of specific items needed.
- Support Sr. Investigators and Investigators on case development requirement and administrative needs.
- Provide supporting documentation to Investigators as needed for cases.
- Support HDI with necessary access to applications and software.
- Coordinate and support conference calls, webinars and additional meetings as needed for the investigative team.
- Manage central technology assets and ship to AP team as required.
- Establish an effective process to identify and maintain needed supplies for HDI investigations.
- Package investigations and deliver to MAPMs.
- Provide timely packaging, and confirmation of delivery.
