The Asset Protection Associate is responsible for supporting facility security, monitoring and maintaining access control equipment, and ensuring employee health and safety. This role requires knowledge of asset protection policies, OSHA guidelines, and emergency evacuation plans. The associate will conduct compliance, safety, and food safety audits, act as an interface for workers' compensation issues, and gather and interpret data to create reports. They will also support process improvements, environmental protection initiatives, and operational excellence by adhering to company policies and demonstrating core values such as respecting the individual, acting with integrity, serving customers, and striving for excellence.
