About The Position

The Asset Manager is responsible for maintaining visibility, tracking, and coordination of customer-owned assets stored at Trendsetter facilities and Trendsetter-owned rental assets. This includes full systems, assemblies, rental project tooling, and loose rental components. This role helps ensure assets are accurately tracked, properly stored, and generally ready to support operational and project needs.

Requirements

• Experience with asset tracking systems, ERP systems, inventory systems, SharePoint, or similar record systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Understanding of storage, preservation, mobilization, demobilization, and return to storage processes

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in asset control, rental asset coordination, logistics, warehouse/operations coordination, oilfield service equipment tracking, or a related operational function strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of subsea rental equipment, intervention systems, rental project tooling, or oilfield service assets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for customer-owned assets and Trendsetter-owned rental assets.
• Track asset location, status, storage condition, completeness, and general availability.
• Support coordination of asset movement, storage, preservation, mobilization, demobilization, and return-to-storage activities.
• Maintain visibility of full systems, partial systems, assemblies, rental project tooling, and loose rental components.
• Coordinate with Oil Field Services, Intervention, Operations, Warehouse, and other internal teams as needed.
• Identify and escalate storage, preservation, readiness, location, documentation, or status concerns.
• Support periodic asset reviews to confirm location, completeness, storage condition, and system accuracy.
• Maintain asset records in the applicable tracking system.
