About The Position

The Asset Manager will oversee all orders and decide what will be transferred and/or sub-rented. This role involves flowing equipment from and to shows and warehouses, working closely with Warehouse Leads and Operations to ensure substitutions and changes are available for Sales and/or Project Managers. The Asset Manager will also manage transfers between locations, identify cost-saving opportunities by utilizing existing equipment flows instead of sub-renting, and create flow sheets to ensure clear communication regarding equipment movement. Accurate inventory management through R2 is crucial, including overseeing Purchase Orders for sub-rented equipment and managing transfer receipts and cancellations. This role also involves coordinating pick-ups and returns of sub-rented assets and conducting inventory counts in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager and Inventory Control.

Requirements

General knowledge of all aspects of Audio Visual including, Video, LED, Lighting and Audio.
General computer knowledge including, Word, Excel, Outlook, Notepad, R2.
Excellent work ethic.
Ability to self-motivate.

Responsibilities

Oversees all orders and decides what will be transferred and/or sub-rented.
Flows equipment from/to shows and/or warehouses.
Works closely with Warehouse Leads and Operations to ensure substitutions and changes are available.
Writes and approves transfers from other locations.
Identifies opportunities to use existing equipment flows instead of sub-renting.
Follows up and creates flow sheets for Operations and Project Managers.
Ensures equipment flows are properly checked in and out in R2 for accurate inventory.
Oversees all Purchase Orders for sub-rented equipment.
Stays on top of the transfer page in R2 to ensure accurate inventory.
Manages transfer cancellations.
Coordinates pick-ups and returns of sub-rented assets.
Conducts cycle counts and full-scale inventory of assets.
