We are seeking an experienced and mission-focused Asset Manager to lead the successful operation of a diverse portfolio of public, affordable, and market-rate rental communities. This position is ideal for a collaborative leader who understands that strong property operations are about more than budgets, occupancy, and compliance—they are about creating well-managed communities where residents can thrive. Reporting to the Chief Operations and Programs Officer, the Asset Manager will provide operational oversight, guide property teams, monitor financial performance, support employee development, and ensure assigned communities operate efficiently, responsibly, and in alignment with PCHA’s mission.
