Requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
  • You have 3–5+ years of experience in asset management, fleet management, operations, or logistics
  • You have strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, maintenance programs, and compliance
  • You have experience using asset management or fleet tracking systems
  • You are highly organized with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • You are comfortable working cross‑functionally and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
  • You are willing and able to travel frequently to support multiple locations

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full lifecycle of mobile assets from acquisition through retirement
  • Coordinating procurement, vendor relationships, and contract terms for equipment
  • Tracking asset utilization, performance, location, warranty, and depreciation
  • Optimizing asset availability and identifying cost‑saving opportunities
  • Partnering with Operations, Fleet, Finance, and Safety teams to support business needs
  • Preparing budgets, forecasts, and reporting on asset performance and lifecycle costs
  • Supporting process improvements and special projects related to asset sustainability and efficiency
