About The Position

InCharge Energy is seeking a highly organized and strategic Asset Manager, Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE). This role is crucial for overseeing the entire lifecycle of EV charger assets within Salesforce and other business systems. The primary responsibilities include ensuring accurate maintenance of assets, warranties, subscriptions, and performance data from initial onboarding to final retirement. The role also focuses on driving process consistency, enhancing reporting visibility, and fostering cross-functional alignment. Success hinges on strong operational judgment, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the capacity to build effective relationships with internal teams, customers, and service providers to ensure the optimal performance and upkeep of the EV charging network.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in asset management, operations, order management, service coordination, or a related function in a high-volume environment
  • Experience managing asset lifecycle data, subscriptions, warranties, or service records across multiple systems
  • Strong experience with Salesforce or similar platforms used for asset tracking, customer records, service operations, or reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to build reports, analyze trends, and translate data into operational insights and process improvements
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel proficiency preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, growing business and adapting to changing priorities and processes
  • Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on process discipline and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred, but not required
  • Experience in EV, energy, solar, battery, infrastructure, or other asset-intensive industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of EV charging assets, including onboarding, commissioning, assignment, maintenance tracking, subscription management, warranty administration, and decommissioning
  • Maintain accurate and complete asset records in Salesforce and related systems to support operational visibility, customer requirements, and financial accountability
  • Develop, manage, and continuously improve asset management processes, controls, and standard operating procedures
  • Supervise your assigned functional team, monitor their performance, and support individuals as required to execute their function
  • Partner cross-functionally with Order Fulfillment, Service, Customer Support, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure asset data accuracy and timely issue resolution
  • Monitor asset performance, utilization, warranty coverage, and subscription status to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Perform regular asset audits and reconcile records across systems to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insight into asset status, performance trends, and lifecycle milestones
  • Support forecasting, planning, and decision-making by providing accurate asset reporting and operational analysis
  • Coordinate asset-related activities tied to customer deployments, site readiness, equipment assignments, and project closeout requirements
  • Drive timely communication to stakeholders regarding asset readiness, registration status, lifecycle changes, and operational issues
  • Collaborate with management to identify scalable process improvements that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and asset reliability
  • Support onboarding and training efforts for internal users and customers as they relate to asset records, systems, and lifecycle workflows
  • Escalate systemic issues, process breakdowns, or asset-related risks to leadership with clear recommendations for resolution
