We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for an Asset Recovery Specialist to join our team located in Irving, TX. You will support the asset needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm.

Associates degree or at least two years of equivalent experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Play a crucial role in the maintenance and monitoring of units assigned for repossession and liquidation.
Collaborate with repossession vendors to locate collateral, transport assets, and ensure effective liquidation processes.
Actively monitor all activities related to repossessed units.
Process orders for voluntary and involuntary loan repossession.
Prepare necessary notices for liable parties.
Evaluate asset conditions.
Process refunds for extended warranties and insurance claims.
Coordinate transportation for auction sales.
Engage with customers to negotiate settlements on charge-off accounts, providing them with tailored repayment solutions.
Maintain detailed records of each communication.
