Asset Management Specialist
About The Position
GCyber is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to support our government customer. The Asset Management Specialist will support all X004 scope, providing day-to-day asset accountability, logistics coordination, and classified property management. This role involves performing day-to-day DoD asset management, including property accountability, equipment tracking, and inventory management. The specialist will also support DPAS and ELMS system management under the Asset Management Lead, coordinate classified property movement with full documentation and chain of custody compliance, and manage degaussing activities while maintaining complete, auditable procedures and records. Additionally, the role includes serving as the designated GCyber box truck driver and primary courier for equipment transport, managing Pentagon daily reporting chain for classified property with zero continuity gap, participating in ELMS/DPAS Warehousing Module training, and supporting the Asset Management Lead during seasonal surge periods.
Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance
- Prior DoD asset management, property accountability, or logistics experience required
- Valid driver’s license required for courier/logistics functions
Nice To Haves
- DPAS and/or ELMS experience preferred
- ServiceNow or similar asset tracking tool experience preferred
