Rockwell Automation is looking for an Asset Management Professional to join their team. This role supports pre-sales and post-sales customer service functions by assisting customers, company sales, and service representatives with inquiries regarding equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules. The professional will also act as the customer contact for technical and service-related questions and audit incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy. This position involves interfacing directly with Rockwell Automation's customers and will report to the Program Manager, with the work being performed onsite at a customer location in Neenah, WI.
