An Asset Management Professional at Rockwell supports pre-sales and post-sales customer service functions by assisting customers, company sales and service representatives with questions on equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules. They also serve as the customer contact on technical and service-related questions and audit incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy. This position involves interfacing with Rockwell Automation's customers, reporting to the Program Manager, and being located onsite at a customer location in Neenah, WI.
